We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender,
to join our Champagne Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our
guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings
positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build
a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about
careers and not just jobs.
Annual
earnings to £38,000 (£27,552.63 base salary + non-contractual tronc)
As a Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot
& cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the description on the
Pick Up Chart). - To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to
ensure up to date knowledge of product. - To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other
beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the
order and serving - To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in
the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all
the information before enquiring help from Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on
duty. - To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift
rota.
