Barista , to join our Restaurant on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

As a
Barista , your main duties and expectations for the role will include
- To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
- To participate in food and beverage training and Mater classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
- To be attentive to all guests and ensures that special requests are delivered.
- To work closely with Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
- To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- To perform any other duties as requested by Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guest receive efficient service.
- Prepare coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced drinks.
- Provide menu recommendations based on the guest preference.
- You will be required to work
40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
