We are currently looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To have a full knowledge of food and beverage menu in the outlet at all times and to ensure all staff menu knowledge.
- To ensure that all the team members receive appropriate training.
- To ensure all guests receive a memorable experience and extend hospitality at every touch point, encourages team members to deliver memorable moments to all guests and shares them with the whole team.
- To attend daily F&B operations meeting and to conduct pre and post shift briefing session, making sure all team members are aware of the Hotel Daily business.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
