We are currently looking for a passionate Room Attendant (Self-checker) to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Room Attendant (Self-checker), your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To daily sign in and sign out for a key and a bucket and follow departmental SOP
  • To clean and check allocated rooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP
  • To ensure focus is maintained on Quality Spot Checks
  • To liaise and follow up work requests with Floor Supervisor, Porters, Duty Engineer, Office Coordinator
  • To conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP
  • To personalize the service to our guests by using guest history where possible

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota. We are #1 apartment in London on TripAdvisor.
