We are seeking a curious and commercially minded Data Analyst. While this role is based in the residential rental sector, we actively welcome applications from professionals with experience in hospitality, airlines, or broader real estate industries, particularly those who bring a passion for elevating customer experience through data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
- Leverage large datasets to generate actionable insights around resident behaviour, leasing trends, retention, and demand drivers.
- Support the leasing and revenue teams by identifying opportunities for rent optimisation, concession planning, and lead conversion improvement.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing channel performance (e.g. PPC, aggregators, OTAs), particularly for lease-ups and new openings.
- Benchmark operational and service KPIs such as occupancy, turnaround times, customer service touchpoints across sites or regions.
- Translate data into clear visual dashboards and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, leasing, revenue management and operations to improve the end-to-end resident experience.
Requirements
- Proven analytical experience in BTR, hospitality, airlines, hotels, or real estate.
- Experience in building and structuring datasets or data cubes to support scalable reporting and analytics, ideally with a view to implementing BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficient in working with large datasets using tools like SQL and Excel.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to link data insights to real business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, you know how to turn complex numbers into actionable recommendations.
- Curious, collaborative, and highly adaptable.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or marketing attribution.
- Exposure to customer or guest satisfaction data (e.g. NPS, reviews, feedback tools).
- Previous work with leasing systems or property management software.
