Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic restaurant and bar supervisor who can work weekdays in our restaurant/gastro pub in the city of London.At the Lamb and Trotter we pride ourselves with having friendly and welcoming staff in our wonderful Bar Restaurant. We are looking for a restaurant and bar person who has experience and would be capable of a supervisor role. We are only open weekdays so this is a great opportunity to supplement your weekend income or to enjoy a "normal" working week in the hospitality industry.
