We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated Front of House team.

Your New Role

As Receptionist you will ensure that all guests and your team have an enjoyable experience whilst at The LaLiT London. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Having a heavy presence in the hotel, making yourself available to our guests and responding to all guest queries.
  • Ensuring our VIPs and any special occasion bookings are well looked after and followed up on.
  • Communicating guest feedback and any areas of concern.
  • Taking responsibility to resolve issues that arise in the Hotel.
  • Being a great team leader, ensuring the reception team are well informed, trained and motivated.
  • Being aware of room availability as well as special events and ensuring the team are also aware.

What you will need to succeed

  • Previous experience Front Office from a luxury 4/5* hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer care skills.
  • Great team worker.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work.
  • Flexible attitude.
