Duty Manager – The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group (London)
Your New Role
As Duty Manager you will ensure that all guests and your team have an enjoyable experience whilst at The LaLit London. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain a heavy presence in the hotel, making yourself available to guests and responding promptly to all guest queries.
- Ensure VIPs and any special occasion bookings are well looked after and followed up on.
- Communicate guest feedback and any areas of concern to relevant departments.
- Take responsibility to resolve issues that arise in the hotel.
- Lead the reception team, ensuring they are well informed, trained and motivated.
- Stay aware of room availability and special events, ensuring the team is informed.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience in Front Office of a luxury 4/5* hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer care skills.
- Great team worker.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Pride and attention to detail in your work.
- Flexible attitude.
