The Lakes Care Centre is seeking a Night Care Leader in South Cerney for night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am). You will lead a small team of carers, oversee wakeful supervision, ensure care plans are reviewed, and maintain accurate records to support residents’ wellbeing.
NVQ Level 3 progression is encouraged; previous leadership in a care home is preferred. You’ll join a compassionate, resident-centered team in a not-for-profit environment with weekend enhancements available.
