Lake Country House Hotel & Spa is a country house hotel set in the heart of mid Wales. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will take ownership of your section, maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation, and support the wider kitchen in delivering a quality dining experience to our guests. You will work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and contribute to a kitchen that takes pride in what it produces.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience at Chef de Partie level, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- A solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP procedures
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- A team player who is reliable, organised, and takes their section seriously
- Passion for good food and a desire to develop their skills
What We Offer
- Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Share of tips — kitchen staff included
- Meals provided while on duty
- Live-in accommodation available: shared house or private room, from £300 per month
