Must be experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, organised and have excellent gardening knowledge. Be able to drive and use all garden tools, must be able to use a front load tractor and small telehandler (Avant 760). There are horses and dogs on the estate and although they are not your direct responsibility, you will need to be comfortable around animals. Occasional dog-sitting. Would consider a couple if both have similar skills.Verifiable references essential.
