Cognatum Estates is the leading provider of high specification rural retirement estates. Role
We are currently looking for versatile couples who can manage the day to day running of our private estates, with a “good neighbour” role to our residents. We are looking for couples who love working with people, are well organised, practical and unflappable in a crisis which provides our owners with a hassle-free retirement. Our estates are made up of beautiful grounds therefore, it is essential that applicants have a keen interest in and are competent at general grounds maintenance.

The successful couple will be provided with a competitive salary along with accommodation on the estate and payment of utility bills. Estate
Walpole Court (Puddletown); Walpole Court is built in the former stables and walled garden of 17th-Century Ilsington House, home to the first Lord Walpole. Our estate has 24 cottages and apartments located in the converted stables and coach house and is located minutes from the local shops and restaurant.
