The Mercian Trust in Walsall is seeking a Family Engagement Partner to strengthen home‑school links, remove barriers to attendance and support safeguarding through early help and multi‑agency collaboration. The role focuses on consistent communication and building trust with vulnerable families, promoting belonging for students in Alternative Provision settings.
You will work with families, attend TAC/TAF and CIN/CP meetings, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with the Attendance.
