We're looking for an Attraction Lead to join The Ladder Group's Campaigns team and lead our growing attraction offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in graduate recruitment, early careers or talent acquisition who's ready to step beyond delivering attraction activity and into a role where they'll shape strategy, influence clients and build one of the most exciting attraction functions in the market.
The Ladder Group believes in creating incredible careers for everyone. We are a business with a clear purpose: helping organisations build exceptional talent pipelines while creating greater access to opportunities for young people. Since launching in 2021, we've grown rapidly, working with organisations across early careers, community impact and social mobility, while expanding our reach and impact across the UK and internationally.
The Campaigns team delivers recruitment campaigns, attraction strategies and employer engagement projects for organisations looking to build exceptional early careers programmes. Working across graduate, internship and apprenticeship hiring, the team partners with clients to design attraction strategies, deliver recruitment campaigns and create outstanding candidate experiences that lead to successful hiring outcomes.
As our attraction offering continues to grow, this role will play a central part in shaping its future. You'll help develop our services, introduce new ideas, improve how we deliver projects and influence the future direction of one of our fastest-growing areas.
As our Attraction Lead, you'll lead the design and delivery of attraction strategies that help clients engage and hire exceptional early careers talent. Working directly with clients, you'll design bespoke attraction campaigns, campus engagement strategies, employer branding initiatives and events that build high-quality candidate pipelines.
Alongside leading attraction projects, you'll continue to support wider recruitment campaigns, ensuring attraction activity translates into successful hiring outcomes. You'll also play an important leadership role within the Campaigns team, helping develop colleagues, improve our delivery model and shape the future growth of the function.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Design and deliver attraction strategies for leading employers
- Lead careers fairs, insight days, campus activity, networking events and employer branding campaigns
- Partner with clients to understand hiring goals and develop bespoke attraction plans
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

- Develop scalable attraction processes using CRM and ATS platforms
- Produce post-event reporting and insights that improve future campaigns

- Contribute to the wider leadership, growth and development of the Campaigns team
Beyond project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our attraction offering, influence how we work with clients, introduce new ideas and play a key role in scaling this area of the business.
We're looking for someone who's commercially minded, highly organised and enjoys combining creativity with strategic thinking. Someone who's excited by ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help build something.
