We’re a fast-growing, ambitious and energetic team working across recruitment, talent engagement and social impact. Our work spans graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns, insight days, work experience programmes, attraction events and social impact initiatives – all focused on helping organisations engage and hire exceptional future talent.
The Associate role is a key member of the Campaigns team – playing an important role in the delivery of recruitment campaigns, talent engagement projects and social impact programmes. Identifying, approaching and building relationships with candidates – typically young people, with limited or no work experience.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and German (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong organisational & project management abilities with an eye for detail
Compensation and benefits:
- ~£30k salary with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses
- ~25 Days holiday + bank holidays, and we’re closed over Christmas
- ~ Work from home Wednesdays
