As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always #Playasoneteam.

Responsibilities:
  • You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
  • Lead by example to deliver excellence.
  • KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
  • Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
  • Support with the smooth operational running of the store
