Salary: £31,307.46 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £426

Location: Labour Party Head Office – Newcastle

Duration: A fixed-term contract until 18 June 2026

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Membership Administrator. The post-holder will be responsible for accurate processing of new membership applications, renewals, resignations, and ensuring the accuracy of membership records. The administrator role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, payment processing, and assisting with the delivery of membership engagement and retention strategies.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of the aims and objectives of the Labour Party
  • Knowledge of membership engagement activity
  • Experience of communicating with members and supporters
