Director of PLP Political Services & PLP Secretary
Salary: £78,187.65 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,668.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Director of PLP Political Services & PLP Secretary. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive provision and service for Labour Members of Parliament and Peers to support their roles as legislators, advocates, campaigners and representatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the Party\’s programme and current affairs, and how to identify and facilitate political engagement relating to these
- Knowledge of incumbency campaigning and the process of relationship building with constituents, as well as knowledge of trends in campaigning and the development of narrative and message
- Experience of managing a multi-discipline team
- Ability to provide strategic advice
