The predicted salary is between 32779 - 38800 £ per year.
Salary: £40,974.13 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153. There is the ability to progress to £47,180.45 over the next 3 years. If the role is to be based from Head Office London, there will be an additional London Weighting payment of £3,650 (gross) per annum.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance and Training Officer. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring quality across election-critical systems at pace, validating intended functionality, interconnections and data security, and delivering training on the Party's campaign technology tools.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Experience delivering technical training to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated expertise with issue tracking and project management systems like Jira and Linear
- Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing approaches
- Expert-level bug reproduction and validation methodology
