Base pay range

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Policy Development Officer.

Salary: £44,624.13 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153. There is the ability to progress to £50,830.45 over the next 3 years.

Location: Head Office – London

Duration: Permanent

The post-holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of Labour’s policy development work, and to provide general project management support to the Policy and Research Directorate.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of planning and delivery of events and training
  • Excellent political judgement
