Role: Local Field and Digital Organiser - Plymouth
Salary: £32,246.69 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195.
Current employees in banding 15-21 will maintain their existing salary.
Location: South West Region/ Plymouth
Duration: A fixed term contract to 31 May 2027
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Local Field and Digital Organiser. The post-holder will be responsible for developing the experience, skills and knowledge necessary to be a highly effective Labour Party Organiser covering both digital and field.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of organising and/or campaigning.
- Experience of using social media or digital tools, platforms or channels to communicate.
- The ability to prioritise work according to tight deadlines.
