The predicted salary is between 80533 - 80533 £ per year.

Salary: £80,533.78 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,764. Car allowance: £5,000 (gross per annum), subject to internal checks.

Location: Head Office - London

Duration: Permanent

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Regional Director to head up the London regional office. Reporting to the Executive Director Nations and Regions, the post-holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient organisation of the Labour Party within the Region.

Key responsibilities and requirements:

  • Experience of strategic management
  • Experience of dealing with the media
  • Ability to work proactively with a variety of stakeholders including politicians, local parties, affiliated organisations and external agencies
  • Experience of setting and monitoring effective targets

Additional requirements:

  • Regular Driver Role – must be able to drive and own a compliant car. Any successful applicant who does not drive or own a compliant car will receive a conditional job offer on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract requiring the successful applicant to hold a full UK driving licence and compliant car within 12 months. Failure to have both will result in contract termination.
  • Candidate who cannot drive due to disability are encouraged to apply as reasonable adjustments will be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010.
