Salary and Allowance: £45,963.35 gross per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £52,355.86 over the next 3 years. Current employees in banding 28-34 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Engagement Officer. The post-holder will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective online journeys designed to inspire members and supporters to campaign, donate, volunteer, or otherwise engage.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the aims and structure of The Labour Party, including at a local and regional level
- Experience of working with political or campaign focused digital communications
- Experience of successfully building, analysing and optimising online journeys
- Ability to multi-task and to work well in a fast-paced environment
