Salary: £19,348.01 (gross) pro-rata per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £717. The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £32,246.69, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195.

Duration: Fixed-term contract until 28 May 2027.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Local Field and Digital Organiser. The post-holder will be responsible for developing the experience, skills and knowledge necessary to be a highly effective Labour Party Organiser covering both digital and field.

  • Experience of organising and/or campaigning.
  • Experience of using social media or digital tools, platforms or channels to communicate.
  • The ability to prioritise work according to tight deadlines.
