Salary: Β£104,984.08 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of Β£2,608.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Executive Director – Campaigns. The post-holder will be responsible for leading Labour Party election campaign teams, with overall responsibility for nations and regions, membership and volunteering, technology, data and insight and central campaign teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven and successful experience of fundraising and income generation activity
  • Senior leadership experience on a high profile political campaign.
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of the structure and organisation of the Labour Party
  • First class communication and networking skills
