Salary: £51,229.82 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153 There is the ability to progress to £58,084.17 over the next 3 years. If the role is based in Head Office-London then there will be an additional £3,650 (gross) per annum added to the salary as London Weighting.

- Excellent knowledge of the Labour Party\'s campaigning methods and practices, and in particular use of data and targeting in campaigning
- Strong knowledge of Labour Party campaign technology and in particular Contact Creator and related applications
- Experience of using data and insight to help inform campaigns
- Experience of working in a busy office on multiple tasks, and delivering work to tight deadlines
