The Labour Group in Central London is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead MEP services for a flagship commercial fit-out.
You will coordinate design development, procurement and programmes, interfacing with clients, consultants and the construction team to drive delivery from pre-construction through handover.
We require a strong Building Services background with proven leadership of major MEP packages and a track record with Tier 1 contractors.
