Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Outside IR35 – £400-£500 per day
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to take the lead on a high-value £26 million project. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee project delivery while managing key stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven Project Management Experience – Must have successfully led multiple high-value mechanical projects.
2. Residential Experience – Preferred but not essential.
3. Major Project Expertise – Experience managing projects of a similar scale (£26M+).
4. Contractor Experience – Previous experience working with established contractors of a similar size.
