Mechanical Project Manager

A reputable M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee healthcare projects in South West London. You ll manage mechanical packages, including plumbing, pipework, and ventilation, on projects worth around GBP3 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead on–site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage client relationships, providing updates and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a safety–first approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
• Strong background in commercial & education projects.
• Expertise in plumbing, pipework, and ventilation.
• Ability to manage projects valued at GBP3 million.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
