A well-established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small fit out projects across Central London. This is a hands-on contract role focused on fast-paced, technically sound delivery, working on multiple short-duration schemes within commercial environments.
The Role
- Manage the mechanical package on multiple small fit out projects
- Take projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Review drawings, technical information and RAMS
- Manage variations, cost control and reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Drive commissioning, snagging and handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within fit out or small works
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services installations
- Experience delivering projects in live commercial environments
- Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects concurrently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS preferred

- £350 - £400 per day
