We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading fire protection contractor delivering high-profile sprinkler system projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects within a growing, well-established business known for quality delivery across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of fire sprinkler installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple sprinkler projects from design through to handover
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Overseeing site teams and ensuring health and safety compliance
- Managing programme, cost control, and procurement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g. BS EN 12845 / LPCB / NFPA)
- Attending client meetings and providing regular progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire protection or sprinkler systems
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler installations and relevant regulations
- Experience delivering projects within construction or M&E environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
