Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will be:
- Cost estimating and budgeting
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Project forecasting and cash flow management
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Tendering and commercial negotiations
- Measurement and valuation of works
- Managing variations and change
- Contract administration and compliance
- Final accounts and commercial close-out
- Commercial risk and opportunity management
- Preference in knowledge working with NEC Form of contract preferred
