TLG are recruiting an Electrically biased M&E QS for a £90m turnover M&E contractor, specialising in the delivery of commercial projects up to £15m M&E value. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial projects within a forward-thinking and financially secure business.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of electrical packages on live projects
  • Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • Valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial control
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the M&E or electrical contracting sector
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC / HND / Degree or equivalent)
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
