TLG are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator to be a part of a reputable Electrical Contractor in Central London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project take-offs and liaise with manufacturers and specialist subcontractors.
- Carry out site visits and build strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare competitive tenders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and value for money.
- Negotiate with clients and support the successful delivery of commercial projects.
- Apply your knowledge of commercial fit-out projects to produce accurate and competitive estimates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in electrical estimating.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and fit-outs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, organised and professional approach.
