Design Coordinator - Civils & Utilities | Bedfordshire
We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join a major Design & Build infrastructure project in Bedfordshire, coordinating approximately drawings across civil engineering and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review incoming design information.
- Coordinate design activities from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6 and handover.
- Identify additional information required at Stage 5 and submit feedback to the client.
- Coordinate as-built drawings and ensure inclusion within O&M manuals.
- Support design compliance, quality and successful handover.
- Liaise with design consultants
About You:
- Experience in design coordination across civils, utilities or infrastructure.
- Understanding of design stages 3-6 and handover requirements.
- Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working on Design & Build projects is advantageous.
