Eton College is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line Helpdesk support for staff and pupils. The role includes hardware/software support for Microsoft and Apple devices, printer and network equipment, and assisting with setup and movement of IT equipment.
You will log and progress requests via the Helpdesk system, escalate where needed, and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality standards while delivering excellent user service.
