Reporting into the Engineering function, the Engineering Scheduler drives the planning and execution of the site's maintenance programme to improve reliability, reduce downtime and maximise the effective use of resources. You will own and develop CMMS standards and routines, act as the first point of contact for CMMS issues, and generate interactive reports and Excel dashboards that highlight performance, trends and areas for improvement.

Responsible for load-levelling the 12-month maintenance schedule and the detailed 52-week plan, you will balance workloads, secure production downtime, and plan short-, medium- and long-term jobs to ensure the correct labour, skills, spares and materials are in place. The role requires close cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance Leads, Production Planning, Stores and Procurement to ensure "job in box" (JIB) and materials are delivered on time, and to support training, skill-gap analysis and a maintained skills matrix.
