Purpose of the Job: To produce to the target shift output safely and to prescribed quality standards. To supervise and develop production setters and operators. To actively participate in site continuous improvement programs. To provide cover for the Team Leader when required to do so. Principal Accountabilities Support the Team Leader to deliver the KPI’s; Develop the team and deliver WCM ( World Class Manufacturing ) practises Ensure all production data is captured through paper or electronic means. To make sure that machine checks are accurate and that faults are raised accordingly Flexible approach to duties and any other reasonable requests from Line Manager Accurately transact within SAP
