New investment and exciting growth plans have led to this opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager to join the team. The National Account Manager position lies within the Tesco Sales team, managing a $60m P&L across the Tesco Express estate and Pasta Sauces category. The delivery of the Express growth strategy in partnership with the SNAM and launch of breakthrough innovation into Tesco will be your primary responsibility.

We're looking for an ambitious commercial or salesperson who seeks to challenge and advance their commercial experience and technical capabilities, as well as leadership skills to own and drive the external relationship and collaborate internally across our teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding your Business and Leveraging Financial Concepts: You will use your strong handle of sales fundamentals to manage a complex P&L and ensure consistent delivery of the Kraft Heinz financial KPIs of profit, sales, and availability. You will be leading internal forecasting, building joint business plans from scratch and prioritising sub-categories within your account based on robust data analysis.
  • Selling with Impact and Insights and Analytics: You will be choosing the most relevant insights and recommendations to build engaging stories that deliver a strong message and address your customer’s needs. You’ll work closely with other functions to plan the future strategic direction of your account, including analysing market data and insights to identify new categories and white space that Kraft-Heinz can play in.
  • Executing the Commercial Plan: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans for your customer. You’ll engage in tough negotiations where you will have to think on your feet, take calculated risks and make effective commercial decisions under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in customer relationship management skills are critical, and able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills.
  • Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
  • Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite.
