About the Position: We have an excellent opportunity available for a Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Commercial Manager lies within the UK business. Your primary responsibility will be commercial management, doing the job of a category owner and having P&L responsibility.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- P&L, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance
- Commercial strategy and implementation
- Managing the categories and competitive analysis
- Tracking innovation and finding ways to boost and grow it
- Collaboration with Sales organization, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
- Supply accountability with the support of collaboration managers and supply teams
- Defining the commercial plans for innovations
- Working together with the Brand Manager who develops the innovations to set Price strategy/Volumes/Cost targets/launch timings, etc. for new products, overseeing the P&L of the projects
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FMCG experience (commercial, sales, finance experience)
- BSc/BA required, MSc preferred
- Proven progression in a commercial setting
- Track record for supporting delivery of business models and executing innovation
