Our Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship Program gives you the opportunity to work, earn and learn while studying towards a university degree and preparing for a business career with one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world.
During the 3-year program, you will join a class of other ambitious apprentices to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, work in different areas of our organisation to see exactly how our iconic products are made and have multiple opportunities to contribute directly to our business. Alongside gaining real-life business experience, you will work towards a Business Management Degree, awarded by University of West London. One day a week, you will be studying at their Ealing, London Campus alongside your classmates.
Your journey will start with an induction bootcamp β we will bring you up to speed with how our business works, give you an insight into the different functions and give you the opportunity to meet the wider team and other apprentices.
During the program you will gain broad experience and complete 3 x 1 year rotations across different functional areas such as:
- Commercial (Sales)
- Finance
- People & Performance (HR)
- Growth (Marketing or Media)
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will have a University Degree (debt free) and have gained 3 years of invaluable experience, and you will be well on your way to an impressive career.

Profile β Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum qualification β A levels (112+ UCAS points) / Grades at B,B,C or equivalents
- GCSEs: Maths/English at Grade 9-4 / A*-C or Level 2 equivalents
- Energetic, ambitious person with a pro-active and results-oriented attitude
- Willing to work hard and go outside of your comfort zone
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Valid working rights for the UK
