The Business PTM Lead is responsible for managing the team in delivering end to end functional solutions for all processes in the Plan to Manufacture domain. The lead provides input into project plan, status reporting, management of project controls, and ensures quality delivery in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the business throughout the project to ensure the solution will meet business needs.
Key Ingredients:
- Management of PTM team members; oversee team activities and manage delivery of work products/deliverables (cross functional leadership)
- Responsible for the implementation in manufacturing, quality and plant maintenance.
- Develop detailed work plan for PTM team and track progress deliverables.
- Manage delivery of work products and deliverables for the team
- Provide status report and attend project update meetings
- Remove any impediments preventing the team from making progress
- Ensure team adheres to project methods and controls
- Plan and conduct workshops
- Manage relationships with business process owners and obtain sign-offs as applicable
- Lead timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate
- Maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables in line with agreed Statements of Work
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety.

Updated Technical Requirements:
- Production: Minimum 2 years of SAP PP (Production Planning) experience required. Must have at least 1 successful SAP S4 Implementation in career.
- Quality: Minimum 1-2 years of SAP QM (Quality Management) implementation experience required.
- Plant Maintenance: Minimum 1-2 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) hands-on experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Team leadership experience with ability to engage at the executive level and factory employees.
- A forward, strategic thinker that can help craft the way their business process or domain operates in the future
- A Subject Matter Expert (SME) within manufacturing with a strong understanding of SAP PTM Process.
- Great communicator – written and verbal
- Has foresight to see issues, and risks in their domain, and have the courage to escalate where required
- Ability to travel internationally as part of the role up to a monthly basis
