We have an exciting permanent part time (3 days per week) opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager to join our Marketing team, based in Southbank.

The Company

Key position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the voice of the consumer across the Beverages cluster, AFH teams in Australia and New Zealand, and Growth Channels in New Zealand.
  • Partnering with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to identify priority business questions and translate them into actionable insight plans.
  • Leading qualitative, quantitative, sensory, from brief development, commissioning through to debrief and for our business.
  • Synthesising multiple data sources into clear learnings, strategic implications, and recommendations including desk research where needed.
  • Presenting insights in a compelling and practical way that supports decision‑making across the business.
  • Supporting teams to define success measures and evaluate the impact of marketing activity.
  • Contributing thought leadership on consumer, category, and channel trends relevant to Kraft Heinz growth priorities.
  • Managing elements of the Insights budget to maximise impact and value.
  • Supporting sensory work for the teams in scope.
  • Operating effectively in a part‑time structure by aligning priorities, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and maintaining clear continuity across projects.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, consumer insights, market research, or a related field.
  • Experience in FMCG or another fast‑paced consumer environment is preferred.
  • Experience across consumer, shopper, brand, category, or sensory insights would be highly regarded.
  • A track record of using insights to shape marketing or commercial decisions.
  • A strong passion for understanding consumer and shopper behaviour.
  • Curiosity, commercial thinking, and the ability to connect insight to action.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to interpret data and research and turn it into clear recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and working cross‑functionally.
  • The ability to think strategically while staying practical and delivery‑focused.
