We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an eCommerce Account Manager in our Sales team based out of our Melbourne CBD office.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage external relationships with pureplay customers across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on Q-Commerce, marketplaces, and other pureplay platforms.
Build and execute long-term growth strategies, meet sales targets, and manage P&Ls for the pureplay channel.
Optimise the digital shelf by driving A+ content and leveraging tools like Profitero to track and improve content performance.
Develop tailored strategies for Amazon, including managing external relationships and account performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand representation and drive retail media test-and-learns across pureplay platforms.
Maintain accurate product information and digital assets across platforms using tools like Salsify and SKUvantage.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align with the omnichannel vision and contribute to overall business growth
About you:
Experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are key, with the ability to analyse data, build reports, and create presentations.
Confidence in managing external commercial relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with Amazon, digital shelf platforms (e.g., Profitero), or PXM platforms (e.g., Salsify)(desirable)
A proactive mindset, ownership of responsibilities, and a drive for continuous improvement
A Bachelor\’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field, forms the foundation of your qualifications.
A strong background in the eCommerce channel, particularly with pureplay platforms, along with expertise in managing P&Ls, sales targets, and forecasting
