About the Role
The Category Development Analyst is a key interface between Kraft Heinz Marketing, Sales, Activation, and our Customers. This role facilitates communication, reporting, and insights to identify and deliver category deliverables for Kraft Heinz. It requires providing category insights into brand and customer plans during brand planning processes, developing category plans with sales and marketing, and engaging retailers on a selected category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Range Review Process: Lead range reviews for the portfolio and support smaller reviews as needed. Develop detailed plans for range reviews and layouts, with timely communication and stakeholder involvement.
- Planograms & Assortment: Optimize planograms and assortment across portfolios and within customers.
- Business Planning Cycle (Category Strategy): Support the creation of 3-year category strategies, identifying Category Value Drivers. Contribute consumer insights during brand planning and customer plan development.
About You
- Nielsen and/or Circana scan/panel experience is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Promotion and/or range modeling experience.
- 2+ years of category development and/or NAM experience, ideally in FMCG.
