As the ANJ Procurement Buyer (Commercial), you will own the overall strategy development and execution, sourcing, and the partnership with both suppliers and internal stakeholders for the Commercial/Corporate spend portfolio within ANJ. You will also be a key contributor to the global Procurement strategies in partnership with the International and Global Procurement Category Leads.
The role requires working with, and managing, a small team of Senior Buyers, who individually, will own specific spend categories to optimize cost, value and service levels and ultimately enable the Ops function.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the end-to-end management of local ANJ Procurement Category Strategies under the ANJ Commercial / Corporate spend portfolio, which includes, but not limited to, Sales & Marketing, HR Services, IT, Travel, Professional and Consultancy Services, and all other Corporate-related services. The portfolio has a total spend value of approximately US$ 150M annually.
- Understand current spend and future business requirements in accordance to ZBB policies, and drive value and savings through robust and disciplined category management.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the spend categories within their remit, and build a comprehensive insight on relevant industries and market trends, to ensure that Kraft Heinz operates with a clear view of the market, supply options and suitable external partners, linking them to the overall delivery of the KHC business and Procurement strategies
- Build, maintain and execute a healthy 12-month rolling pipeline of sourcing and procurement initiatives that support KHCβs short-, mid- and long-term strategies .
- Engage support and agreement for strategies from key stakeholders so that implementation and compliance is at optimal level.
- Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) and supplier development programs in partnership with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers to deliver on strategic agenda and drive competitive advantage for the business
- Promote effective management of almost 1,500 suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract.
- Monitoring and review of supplier performance and execute KPI audits where appropriate.
- Working closely with the Head of Indirects and EPDM procurement team to identify opportunities to continuously improve cost, value and service levels.
- Tenacity to challenge the status quo, when required, and a mindset to continually improve ways of working.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz relevant policies and applicable industry and legal regulations.
