We\’re looking for a dedicated, fashion retail passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in SELFRIDGES LONDON W!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Be our Brand Ambassador, welcoming and assisting customers with personalized service throughout their visit.
- Use your knowledge of our products and expertise in fashion to provide tailored advice and a memorable shopping experience.
- Foster customer loyalty and ensure complete satisfaction.
2. Drive Sales Performance:
- Maximize sales through strategic analysis of key performance indicators (Top, Flop, CR, ATV, UPT, etc.).
- Oversee stock management, ensuring accuracy and conducting regular inventories.
- Manage and optimize the store\’s trading budget, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
3. Lead and Inspire Your Team:
- Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Set and manage daily sales goals, creating a motivating environment with custom goals and challenges.
- Support the professional development of your team through regular assessments and coaching.
4. Ensure Seamless Store Operations:
- Plan schedules and manage store zoning to optimize efficiency.
- Implement visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly, maintaining the brand\’s high standards at all times.
