We are looking for a passionate and retail experienced Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in London! Please note that it is a permanent contract. The candidate must have an exceptional customer service and strong sense of fashion, plus the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry and the enthusiasm for identifying with clients to maximising sales.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Target focused with proven sales experience
- Motivated by a sales environment
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures (HR, L&D, Stock, Visual) when required
- Team player and key link between the management and the team
- Successful link selling and outfit building
- Supervise the floor coverage and team’s performance
- Maintain high store standards including stock room
- Persuasive and proactive
- Flexible in terms of work hours
