Mid and North Essex Mind seeks an Evaluation and Impact Lead (KTP Associate) to co-create data-led impact evaluation tools rooted in the Theory of Change.
You will work with the University of Essex to review current strategies and stakeholder landscapes to shape project planning and delivery.
You will design robust evaluation methodologies, pilot data collection and reporting tools (including Power BI dashboards), and disseminate findings through publications and presentations.
