We are seeking a knowledgeable TOGAF Training Consultant to deliver high-quality training on the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) standard. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture and TOGAF methodologies, with a passion for teaching and guiding IT professionals in understanding and applying the TOGAF framework in real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver TOGAF 9.2/10 training courses to individuals and corporate clients.
- Conduct both instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions.
- Customize training content to suit different industries, organizational structures, and levels of experience.
- Assess learner progress through quizzes, exams, and interactive exercises.
- Provide mentorship and real-world insights to learners on implementing TOGAF principles.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in TOGAF standards and enterprise architecture trends.
- Work with Learning & Development teams to align training goals with organizational architecture strategies.
- Assist clients in preparing for TOGAF certification exams (Foundation and Certified levels).
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.
- Potentially contribute to consulting projects related to enterprise architecture frameworks.
Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., ArchiMate, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT consulting, or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering professional or corporate training.
- Familiarity with real-world TOGAF implementations and architecture governance.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
- Skilled in developing courseware and training materials.
- Proficient with virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
